With a game made from a real porn problem is that it uses a real scenes from porn telling some other fictionals story, and if i saw those porns with other lame stories it just conflicts for me and does not make me want to look very far or deep into it...

I have an extremely negative attitude towards such projects. In my opinion, it's easier (and better) to download porn videos (there are hundreds of thousands of them on torrent trackers). Using real porn videos and/or porn photos only shows the developer's inability to master graphic design.

Some are good but most are lackuster grinding games. The good one probably would benefit with a actual good artist that can replace those clips with 3D model or artwork. In a way the good one are proof of concept or using the using the clips as a standin.

I'll occasionally play a text heavy game with real porn, like some of the HTML ones, because the images are just there to add a little flavour to the text. Anything else I avoid it completely, if I wanted to watch real porn there's better options available.

In my opinion real-porn based games are very hard to create some immersive story. In most cases graphics or videos cutted from porn are ... only porn. The characters created in games are completly different in behavior that "characters" in porn. The only game based on real-porn that makes sense for me is something about brothel or porn studio.
