True, but that'd be so much more expensive than rendering, unless you did it amateur, but then you'd need to convince someone to star in it...

Most real porn is unoriginal, fake, over the top, terrible acting, clown level makeup, street gang level tattoos, hooker sized pussies taking donkey sized dicks.

So when you add that to a VN you get the same thing, just in stills and clips.

There are some exceptions when the game has a well written premise and the porn characters used actually make sense and look decent (not like used up gutter trash).

Having the porn site's or porn producer's logo on the video in a game that should be created by the dev ruins the experience. If I want real porn, I'll watch real porn.

I have never tried games with real porn, if i want to look at real porn, I just choose one of the many sites available.

Can't deal with it. Skip them every time. It's like someone hits pause every 5 seconds while your trying to watch a real video.

I enjoy them if they're created in a visual novel style, like The Agency etc , with consistent models and progressive scenes. However, for most HTML games, the mixing of scenes tends to be poorly done and just completely random.

There only is a small amount of games with real porn images/videos that I like. My biggest problem with them is the balance between text and imagery. Some have pages of text with a single image and others have 5 videos in a row with almost no text in between. I dislike both of those extremes.

For the most part I avoid them completely. However I have enjoyed myself playing the Spinney. Sometimes a bit grindy but most games are at some point.

I am not a fan of those games, if I want real porn I can go to the sites that offer those kind of thing without having to read though the game.

I find that they mostly lack good story/immersion since al the scenes are shot and cant be changed. So you cant have specifik scenes. Besides that most games use scenes with different male actors so you have different kind of dicks aswell.

I never even had the courage to test one. I value artistic creation a lot and I think it's much more worth creating something that you have 100% creative control over.

I feel the same like I do with wholly text based games, it just doesn't turn me on in any way shape or form, and I don't understand wanting to play them. like you said, it feels kind of lazy. If a dev went out of their way to get laid and capture that instead of just stealing porn, I still wouldn't play it, but I'd at least be impressed and respect them for the dedication.

I'm a little more forgiving of text-based games due to being ancient. I hit puberty back when downloading a single grainy 200x300 pixel jpeg took 2-3 minutes, so I ended up reading a lot more erotic fiction than most younger people here. I do prefer images to accompany my text, but if the writing is high enough quality I can use my imagination to picture the scenes.
