The problem with Mods is that not only do you have to play through the game to know what's in it, you have to edit a lot of parts of it to make sense. Often there are no official patches because developers don't want to mess with Patreon.

I saw several mods that just change a single variable to enable the alternate content.

That's when the creator himself has already done all the work, when I wrote my own game I did just that, because Patreon can't check code of the game, because, no matter how you look at it, it's breaking the law.

I don't remember exactly all the games that I played that required incest patch, too many to count, I think this was back before suscriberstar came online, when patreon went on a crusade against all incest games even though they were fictional pixels on a screen it did not matter to them that the characters were adult.

All that are incest optional I use the patch for. Censorship is for retards let art be free and as the artist intended. If they're fucked up let them show that through their art and then delete them not their art. Like Jeffrey Dahmer for example keep the photographs of his shit to show people that yes that level of evil does exist but remove him so as to prevent him from making more. What's even the point of looking at or playing with someone elses art if it's a censored version so it can't even be called their art anymore. If you want your version of something why not just stay in your imagination and if you want someone elses version why not keep both like how parodies or fan fiction works.

Far too many sackless pieces of shit in gaming who have no artistic integrity think their artists, it's an insult to us real artists. I was honestly disgusted by how cowardly game devs were when it came to incest soo much that I made an incest game in response. Although, I made another incest game just because I felt like doing so. An actual brother and sister romance in the game with no other love interests.

Any game that has an incest patch is going to have the patch installed. That was a given until this hotel game that I played where the main LI could have been my sister, but I decided to make her a best friend. Much better game because of that.

Tbh - thats the first thing i check, whether there is a patch for the game. So when there is one, I never played the game without.

I find that most games with a patch are clearly meant to be played with it. I prefer the choose your relationship method though, unsure why more devs don't do this

It's better we stop enabling those devs who censor these games. It's one I would call a red flag for a dev that decides to be a cuck and censor an incest game. From there, they will get into habit of censoring their games, at the expense of the fan's enjoyment.
