Closest one for me was probably No Mercy, but it’s not really proper slow corruption, things escalate a bit too fast and easily.

On the other hand, Sophia Parker: Hidden Desires felt really slow and satisfying, the relationship actually develops over time. Problem is it’s still unfinished and there’s quite a bit missing before it feels fully playable.
