For those who do not know - it is a very difficult period for the couple, both for the woman and for the man.Enjoy this fetish, imho, can only people who are not familiar with real marenthood or parenthood. I think Depth Revival 2 has plenty of it. I haven't played it myself yet, but AFAIK some of the LIs are preg right from the beginning of the game (apparently from the previous game) and the MC can have sex with them.
