Summertime Saga would be great if it weren't for the grind and the minigames. Peasant's Quest would be great in Renpy.

Second, maybe not wholly intended for this post is "Fake Father" has two separate parts for whatever reason, but make sure you download both and play from the start.

Corrupted Kingdoms Has quite a few girls you can knock up, and have kids with, but I don't know if we'll be seeing more, ever since they started doing act 3 no more preg content has come even with content polls clearly showing we want more.
Struggle with Sin seems to be adding some content here and there, haven't checked in with it for a while but IIRC you can have 3 girls at this time pregnant.
Stellar Dream has M/S and B/S content, very clearly planning preg content, nice bonus for alien girls too
The Voyage Above is steering towards preg content, has B/S and M/S

Interesting poll results based on what I see in the landscape. F/D is highly popular in the poll, but 99% of games are 18-25 yo guy with sister(s), mother, aunt(s), and cousin(s). I think that those games are fine and many of the games I eagerly look forward to updates of are in that category. But the F/D games are the gold mine. Maybe because it seems to be more taboo than other types of incest . I dunno.

Yeah, would really like to find some F/D game with F/GD later on in the same story. Be better even if that game was one that had to be in the + section IYKWIM.

It's marked as completed. In fact the Dev just rolled it up midway abandoning some story lines. So, it looks more as abandoned rather than completed. No pregnancy at all.

Yeah, would really like to find some F/D game with F/GD later on in the same story.

Initially, The Guardian had something like that with the Twins, who were said to be the MC's daughters as well as his granddaughters and their daughter from the MC would be his grand-grand-daughter whom he also fucked mercilessly . But later by the end of the game the Dev started playing his favorite annoying mind games and useless plot twists and completely ruined that great plot development.

You've got to try out Depths Revival. Game is full of pregnancy where it's also a part of the game, not just a few scenes
