Really disappointed—the update is short. The scene everyone’s been waiting for has just three animations and a few renders, but it goes by way too fast. The writing isn’t great. In short, it feels rushed, and with this developer, that’s never a good sign.

They've only just updated it and their rate of updating has been pretty decent. Yes, they did have a history in their early days of rushing endings so I can understand your scepticism. That said, and It's only my opinion, I think that it has possibly been their best game to date, and that Goosenards still seems enthusiastic enough so will see the game through and finish it. I think the story and the principle characters are engaging and I genuinely want to know what happens next. It's a delightful slow burn with wonderful dialogue, a touch of mystery and certainly some great sex scenes so far (and no, I'm not getting paid to write this, nor am I subscribed, to my shame)! So let's be optimistic: after all, there are not many games of this kind left to enjoy, if you get my drift. Cheers from a fellow fan - M

Their Sub'star account seems to be working and accepting new subscribers, as far as I could tell just now. They also have a Unifans account but I haven't checked that one yet to see whether it too is active. Cheers - M

Have you played the latest release? At its end, they do. But the "happy_level" variable (I think that's its name) has to be at its max value.

I think you can accept Marissa without penalty in this release, but all previous releases requires that you reject the other girls who try to have sex with you.
So, in a new replay, save at each point where you can "cheat", so you can see the scenes with that girl, then reload that save and reject her to continue play and get the "happy_level" variable to its max.

If there is one thing that is pretty certain, it is that Goosenards does finish his games, unlike most actually. Mostly because he doesn't do with many game devs do, prolong the storyline endlessly and have 29 updates and sub plots off subplot until they can no longer make sense of their own flowchart. "Keep it simple stupid" comes to mind here. Yes, a couple of his games have felt rushed at the end. This is my only criticism. I think he gets excited about a new idea, starts making that game, and then sorta rushes the end of his previous pet project. That said, there is a lot to love about this particular game. Please don't rush the ending, please don't age up the characters, lol.
