Overview:
Since transferring schools to get distance from your twin sister and all the trouble surrounding her, you've managed to turn life into something better: easy job, great friends, star baseball player, and a long-term girlfriend.
But while driving one evening you stopped to help a stranger in need, triggering a series of events that toppled everything important to you.
With graduation around the corner and disasters mounting, it's not so easy to run away from your problems this time. Will you be able to salvage everything you lost, and perhaps finally mend the one relationship you never thought possible?
Trouble at Home is an Adult Visual Novel that follows the male main protagonist in a "slice of life" theme around school and relationships. There will be an emphasis on character interactions, humor (sometimes crude and dark), drama, and some romance & sexual situations.
Gameplay: Native 1080 resolution, music, sound effects and some animation.
In-Game Choices: The choices available are never strictly right/wrong. Each decision steers you towards variable story paths and opportunities either immediately, long-term, or both.
Sexual Content: Throughout the story you'll encounter various girls and love interests with options to get romantically/physically involved, each with their own pacing (sometimes a slow burn). Many paths will be available simultaneously if you choose so.

Here is Part 1 of Episode 3, which has been broken into two halves. Don't worry- while there may be some unresolved story, Part 1 is a sizeable update and not meant to leave you on a large cliffhanger. Here's what else you can expect:

Ep.2 v1.1 Full+Bonus
1) This does not add any additional content from [v1.0]. There were some minor dialogue fixes and new UI features added.
2) The game has been rebuilt in a newer version of Ren'py to address some video playback issues. As far as I could tell, it did not affect saved games.
3) If you've already played [v1.0] and you're not interested in replaying/testing the game with new features before the Ep3 release, then you can skip this update.
Notable New Features:
New startup Introduction with Mark & Kayla.
Character Icons: (optional) During text dialogue you'll see a small icon of the person speaking.
Choice Assistant: (optional) Hints for most choices on how they affect the story going forward.

Episode 2 v0.26
Here's the EP2[v0.26] release, which includes all of Ep1 and the first half of Ep2 in one zip. The entire Ep2 will be approximately 50% larger than Ep1.
The first episode was mostly for creating the groundwork that the rest of the series will build on. How the story, character development, and relationship building take place in Ep2 will be much closer to what you can expect in future releases, and has a different feel than the unlucky chain of events that took place to start out the series.
Episode 1 v1.0
This update finalizes the episode with 30k words, 900 images, game audio, some new content, and updated images & dialogue. For those that have played a previous version (the last one being v0.36), you will notice a lot of improvements to where it may almost feel like a new game.
So what's next?
Work on Episode 2 is already underway and I'm targeting a Spring 2023 release.
