In both her scenes currently in-game (one isn't in replay, the other is), she does not shrink him, though they do intend to figure out a way to do so, or to enlarge her, to consummate the relationship later on. Given Talothral's current level of rendering ability, it is highly unlikely they will have PIV sex without one of them changing sizes. He did have a couple fairy characters in Sorcerer with the same result, except that didn't have any scenes like I show below.

That said, if you want a game where you CAN use a fairy like a fleshlight, and you don't hate Honey Select 2 graphics, the game Evermore has an optional side LI Titania, the Queen of Fairies, who wants the MC to knock her up, and she does NOT change her size.

Exactly. This is what I've been saying, too. Like, I actively dislike most of Talothral's sex scenes (I love TRS/TRS2, but other than maybe Sage and the psychic girls, I didn't find any of the LIs at all attractive)... But I love the stories and characters.

Very True, I will say Talothral is a talented story writer, but if he really partners with someone who is good at animations, his games will be top tier. I have played all his games till now(TRS/TRS2/Sorcerer) and as you told only few LI's are good looking. But in this VN i could say majority of the girls are looking good, even the Monster Girls & MILF's.

To each their own, but there isn't any sex with animals. The panther is the MC's familiar, not a love interest. There won't be any scenes with unthinking monsters, either. There are definitely going to be some scenes with monstergirls, but going off Talothral's past record and how the game has gone so far, only the kind that can consent, and the encounters tend to be at a minimum positive and affectionate, if occasionally not very romantic. (Oh, and either every or almost every lewd scene is likely to be optional, just like in his other (completed) games.)

Not yet. She is an LI (and a great character so far), though, and they are definitely looking for ways to make it happen. From previous Talothral fairy scenes, that will likely be by means of size-alteration magic, sadly. There are a couple lewd scenes with the MC and her at her current size, but so far no penetration.

Talothral hasn't ever done scenes like that; in his previous game that included a fairy, size-altering magic was used for the MC to fuck her, so no fleshlight. Daz also takes a lot more work to do that kind of thing than a more stylized rendering engine (like the Illusion games) would, anyway. So far, Evermore's the only game I know of with a fairy-fleshlight scene that was any good.

Talothral has weird LIs, but they're always at least humanoid. Nisha is not a shapeshifter, and even in a few dream sequences, she's appeared that way, so she doesn't have some "humanoid" form for the MC to fuck. More importantly, their connection is that of a master and familiar, and Talothral held that connection pretty sacred in his previous game Sorcerer. None of the familiars in Sorcerer ever had any lewd scenes, and I would not expect Nisha to have one here.

Honestly, just trust Talothral. He's got three entire completed games under his belt already, so we can see the storytelling style he prefers. All of his games so far are wholesome adventure stories about the challenges a powerful good guy MC still has to get through during epic events, and the women the MC ends up forming connections with, complete with choices to allow the player to occasionally go against the good guy nature and turn down a darker path, though that path won't reach the good ending.

All lewd scenes so far have been avoidable. Love interests are technically avoidable, though at least a few of the main girls are likely required for a good ending. While he does have much weirder LIs than most games, in this one, the weirdest ones so far are Eirlys (a human woman with a curse that makes her skin translucent) and the three Naga ladies who just appeared in the newest update (who are basically just pretty Middle-Eastern-looking women with cobra hoods in place of hair).

I'm certainly enjoying it each update as much as I enjoyed TRS and TRS2. I never had to wait for updates on Sorcerer, since it was completed well before I found his games, so I can't tell you how it compares to that, but I do quite like it regardless.
