I hope everyone had a great weekend. I did. It's back to work tomorrow. Yes, I usually take Monday off but I'm in Crunch Mode because we're coming up on the end of this update's development and I'm putting in more time to finish it up. So, yeah! We're almost there. Stay tuned...

This is technically Missouri. WV will be my other game. For those of y'all that don't know what noodling is it's a form of fishing for catfish where you jump in the river and catch catfish with your bare hands. See attached picture...

I started work around 8AM this morning. It's almost 6PM. I've got about 4 more renders left to do with this scene. These custom outdoor scenes render really fucking quick. The Ozark Cafe renders were taking me sometimes like 30 minutes. These custom outdoor renders are taking less than 5. Though I still have to pose them and build some custom environments. I'm thinking of staring the Reenactment scenes tomorrow. We'll see how I'm feeling. Stay tuned...

I think I've gotten to the point with my custom environments where it's hard to tell if it's DAZ or a photo. Do note, this is 100% DAZ3D.

How many of y'all doubted I'd be able to create a noodling scene. To quote the made up line said by Franklin D Roosevelt in Michael Bay's Pearl Harbor "Don't tell me what can't be done!" LOL!

One of the reasons my character models all the way though 0.9 look so plastic is because I was using this 360 panoramic backdrop (1st image) for every outdoor scene because I didn't know how to do outdoor environments. While using it you're lighting options are very, very limited. Once I figured out how to make my own environments every lighting option out there became available. (2nd image.)

So the other day I said the update would be out in a little less than 3 weeks. With how fast renders are going now that I'm doing a lot of outdoor scenes I'm gonna throw it out there that this update could be out in less than a week. That's not a promise. It's just a possibility. I got almost 50 renders done today. There's less than 150 left to go! Oh, over a 1,000 renders have been completed for this update. Anyway, stay tuned...

This update is so much farther along than I thought it was that I plan to work everyday until it's finished. I even sent a message to my assistant coder Shaddy to see if he'll be around this weekend or early next week to put the finishing touches on the update. He will be. It's so damn close to being done. I can't wait for y'all to play it.
