So i've always wanted to try HS and create my own characters thing is i dont have PC but saving up for a laptop(someone told me they render using a laptop) so my question is.

Does it really work on laptop? And what specs do i need for it to run?

Specs required really depends on what you want to do with it. You should be capable of the basics with any gaming laptop. Less than that and I'd have my doubts. I have a fairly cheap gaming laptop and it does pretty well. Wouldn't want to go much below my 3050ti but it handles most things fine. Not like I'm making my own game or anything. Factory 8gb of RAM was an issue for much of anything in studio. I'd recommend going to 16gb RAM. Any i5 or i7 CPU should be fine from what I've seen. GPU seems to be more important for Illusion games.
