Not at all. Tomatoes came to Italy by the 16th Century. Pineapple not until later. Pineapple on pizza isn't a thing in Italy.

My absolute favourite fruit is Pineapple. Pineapple milkshake and tea are among the best. But on pizza is disgusting but no matter what kind of fruit it is, it is not suitable for Pizza (Except Tomato and maybe Lemon)
