Thoughts on Hairy body part on games?

I look at it as 'context required'

for example I don't expect a sexually unaware character to shave their bush (see Olivia from Nudist Collage). But I do expect to see someone who's more sporty/athletic/supposed to be a model to shave/trim for obvious reasons.

Done right it's a context clue as to the nature of the character.

done poorly and it's a copout of lazy design.

personally though, i think it a crime for a redhead to be bald down there. I like knowing you aren't just dying your hair.

A trimmed pussy can be ok every once in a while but having a girl have armpit hair is just stupid

Meh
Ill take a little hair around the ass and a modest amount on the vagina
but the Armpits and other places are a turn-off depending on how much hair there is

sometimes you ask stupid questions we don't really care

In fictional visual content ..genital hair can look good.

Irl though...just no. With the exception of maybe a very well maintained patch above the pussy...there shouldn't be any hair anywhere else on the boby below the head. Simple because irl it looks ...dirty...especially once one gets down to business.
So I also don't understand those that like it..

..but each to their own

I don't like when it's excessive / unkempt, but a little bit of well kept pubic hair is really hot

I failed to see the appeal on this, why would you make your character hairy on armpit or lower body.

If anybody found the appeal please enlighten me.

Games supposed to be a fantasy why would you put something like that in your game?

Like one times I was interested about this one game but after seeing the CG I quit immediately.

Also please list a few games with hairy armpit or body part on female so I can avoid them. Thanks beforehand
Some actually prefer hairly because it makes it more adult looking. That makes it hotter. Not for me though for sure, complete turn off. Some fuzz is pretty cool, but a bush, no way

If the hair fits the character design I think it's good.

Hairy can be a sign of maturity or innocence or both. A hairy milf emits maturity, which is a turn-on for many. A young woman with hair shows she's already mature but innocent enough not to "prepare the field" for a man. Grooming is a conscious act, and grooming your genitalia, you do primarily for your mate (the "it's also/just for hygiene" opinion is popular, but it's also nonsense. among college-age women). So, a young woman with pubic hair signals that she's physically ready for sex but also not seriously thinking about being sexually active with someone (until she meets our MC, of course).
It couldn't be described better ;)

I find it completely unnecessary, to me it just seems like extra work for the game creator, besides I like games with little ones, I would find it very strange if they had hairy bodies.

Wouldn't like overly hairy but some hair in certain places gives them a certain extra notch to the look, instead of all being as pristine as smol ones.

Yeah, I’m with you. It breaks the “fantasy” vibe for me too. If I wanted realism down to body hair, I’d just look around IRL instead of playing a VN.

I was going to say something along these lines, but not as well. I'll add that I appreciate it a lot more on a real person than most 3d models, mostly because I really never see it looking good (with far more blame on technical limitations than toward any dev/artist/modeler).
