Who am I stuck on the island with makes a big difference. I have played some great games with family stuck on the island or realms on the island

I'm a fan of Island games you know what going to happen. What was it that Quinn said "you put two people in a room together long enough, eventually they're going to fuck" work on islands also.

I like them but it depends on the story for me. If the story and design of the game is shit it makes the game suck.

I really like Island settings, both because they are a cool environmental plot point to bring characters together, but also because it makes a really cool survival/crafting scenario.

Stuck on an island is a phantasy that most people have I think. For me it was one of the first phantasies, inspired by the Blue Lagoon... Running around naked, just admiring others body and finally nobody around who can caught you in the act.

It could be fun, after seeing blue lagoon. But except for Paradise Lust, I don't know any game that's not completely fucking boring. And mostly abandoned, when it involves an island...

I like them, ever since I saw Blue Lagoon. Our Island is quite good. Iespecially like when the LI gets pregnant, basically starting a new civilization.
There's also The island, but the story is convoluted, and it's a long way before the stranded part.

Okay I'm downloading now, all the other Island games where so fucking boring.

Considering my life, its the most unbelievable plot/setting possible.
I'd sooner stumble over a succubus or fall into a magical portal then ending on an island ^^

What do people think of games where you are stranded on a island?

Personaly I enjoy them

I mean, the plot is quite the same... They are on a trip (Holiday, School, Work) and then they have a plain crash or the ship burns down.
However - Once I had a game where MC had 20 girls with him on an island... and "sadly" they all had no swimsuits...

To be honest: one of the hottest games I've played (Even tho the plot was quite... low...)

Well, except for survival - which to be even a bit comfortable would be pretty much work.

Its a trope like any other. What I like about is that you have a reason to force people together and being unable to spend time apart. It's kind like everyone living together in one house which works only for a family situation. The island idea is only as good as the rest of the writing though.
