I am actually surprised there are more of these types of games...I can only think of two.
Same I can only think of 2 as well Stranded Dick (sadly abandond from the looks of it) and Paradise lust 1&2 so technically 3 but not really
Cursed. Either are plain bad or start off decent, but the ones that start decent do something to make the game awful.
Actually Stranded dick was one of the ones I was thinking of that started off alright but then ended up disappointing. Not personally a fan of NTR and the developer didn't warn people of unavoidable NTR being planned.
3-4 months later into development and several releases in and then some randomly added NTR made a lot of people upset lol.
It was the same with lewd island, game was about a dad and daughter fucking stranded on a island all alone, and the dev's great idea was to add ntr all of a sudden. Dudes are fucking retarded
The first half of the description sounds great. The second half sounds awful.

A sandbox game on an island seems more enjoyable to me as it's easier for the dev to limit the scope of locations.

It's an interesting premise, but sadly I haven't seen many actually go anywhere of note. Idol Island seems pretty promising but that's in its early stages as well and it's been six months since the last update, so the update pace is rather slow. Really hope one day there'll be a standout game with this trope though!
I think the premise of the game matters on this topic. For example an island with tribes woman content is diffrent from other stuf like..... where you crash you plane and you get laid with the other passngers.

I like them, ever since I saw Blue Lagoon. Our Island is quite good. Iespecially like when the LI gets pregnant, basically starting a new civilization.
There's also The island, but the story is convoluted, and it's a long way before the stranded part.
