Agree 100%, condoms have no place in porn where everyone is prescreened and contraceptived up anyway. I guess the dev didn't want it on his conscience if readers caught some STD from cartoon characters if he made condoms choice-optional (only half joking, he actually said something similar on his Discord when other people had similar condom complaints). I mean you gotta admit fucking some easy girl you just met the same day in real life would be kinda risky. First thing I'd wonder/worry about the whole time is what her body count was if she was that slutty. They're not really recurring LI's anyway but just hookups for that one scene so I didn't care that much.
Separate, done because the file size got moderately large; possibly it's also because of variables and tracking got complex. In any case, they are two different files, with Part 2 continuing from where Part 1 left off.
Does Part 2 import your save from Part 1 so that any choices are preserved? Or does it just ask about what you did at the points the dev considered to be most key (and leave you hoping you remember what you did with that choice from an update from 20 months ago lol)?
You make a special save at the end of part 1 that is automatically retrieved when you start part 2
It's a last save import that imports all the variables from the choices when loaded in S2. Usually the devs that make you do it manually are the ones that didn't plan ahead for a season 2 and just try to make you remember what you did 2 years prior to avoid having to recode the whole thing. To keep it simple personally I wouldn't split it at all even if the completed version was 100GB, I'd just use .torrent to release it.
