Strange, I never really had that issue with pop ups, maybe it's due to the addon "Popup Blocker (strict)" I'm using.
But yeah finding stuff is a huge hassle and if you accidentally open a link normally and it sends you to the very end of the tabs, it's fun to find your way back.

Yeah it was mostly pop-ups I had to allow. Especially some of the banking ones, they would open a new window for you to log in with and do your banking then close when done. I seem to recall HP used to do something similar when logging support tickets. Sometimes they didn't close or I forgot to close them.

I have a theory that perverts always have the most tabs open compared to purer members of society. How many you got perv? 20, 50, 100?
Myself, I have 66 tabs on standby, all either being porn games or YouTube vids. Is this a dumb topic? Sure. Do I still want to know? YES.

It varies for me and depends on where i am. A forum like this one? I'll usually open 3-4 threads at a time and go through one by one replying. Incoming notifications (looking at you, anti-social thread ) can easily throw that number up to double digits for a time until I catchup/clear them out. But on average, I'd say i have around 3-4 (4 open right now, and 2 notifications) tabs open consistently, no matter what im doing.

Haha, you nailed it, I have about 500 tabs and widgets to organize them, and temp sleep on groups. I will never be able to go through them all. ;p

Chrome for Youtube, Twitch and a few other sites, Firefox for everything else. It helps to have two separate bookmark toolbars.

also in case anyone else is a serial tab hoarder, something that might help you if you're on firefox is the treestyletab extension, not sure if it's available on other browsers, but in my case it worked for a while in helping me organize and cut down on the tabs... for a while
