7.67GB for a second release seems massive. Are all of the images in 8k bitmap files and the audio saved as studio quality wav files? I understand if you like sweatpants, but compression would help with distribution.


After playing it I see that the bulk of the wasted space was the overly loud music, copyright infringed TV clips, and emotionless AI voice acting. Wish you would have just left that out and stuck to the story because that part was interesting and I wouldn't mind seeing where that goes.... or who all with.

In this latest update, the game does a flashback to 3 years earlier, where you see a younger Abbi (MC's second oldest daughter). In the flashback, there's some sexual stuff with one of her friends, Naomi, who's supposed to be the same age. Visually, she looks to be around about 14. That is the only scene so far IIRC, and it's at the end of all current content. If you're looking for younger than that, it will have to be in later releases.

For now, as a temporary improvement, I've modified the gui.rpy file to include black outlines around the white ones. You likely won't find it as good as a text box, but for me it was good enough. If you want to use it, just drop it in the \game folder wherever you have Sinful City on your device.

Actually, back about 5 months ago on a certain other adult games site, Baki confirmed that a harem is planned. We're just not there yet.

Sorry, what? I don't think I understand what you're asking. If updates are in the future, you obviously cannot see them right now. So I don't know what you mean by where you can see "futures updates".

It's been one one my most anticipated game since the 0.1 massive release and I loved it. There's a real storyline and diverse characters.

The update is chock full of content, the author said on his Discord that he's gaining skills on the side characters' scenes to be able to do better scenes for the main cast, so I guess we'll have a wait a little to see actual family play, and yes, it's planned (I saw someone doubting it above).

There's a lot of branching paths depending on your choices, that makes saves and rollback mandatory which would not be in the game's favor imho, let's see where it goes.

i was just looking for if any one else though this game is almost unplayable because the text is so bad and glad im not the only one.

until the text is fixed this game aint worth playing

if i have problems to read a text ai press "shift+A" and enable High Contrast Text. Often that helps.

Here's a fix I whipped up real quick. Changes the dialogue font to the RenPy default (DejaVu Sans), adds outlines, and changes the font size so it roughly matches the old one. If you want the name labels to use DejaVu Sans as well, delete the # from the beginning of line 5.

Just drop it into the "game" folder, like any other patch.
