No posts anywhere in 14+ months, kinda obvious this is another one 6 feet under. Could let the corpse ripen another 4 before adding the orange toe tag to make it official but prob not necessary to wait that long. Though I suppose could wait a couple days for Halloween just for the appropriate mood-setting.

Try deleting the persistent file from the saves folder and from the game folder in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

Just checked, mostly dead there too (210 members , 5 online). Nothing official from there in 14+ months either but I did find a likely reason dev ghosted everyone and maybe even killed himself: F95 hurt his feelings. Apparently more devs need to do some lurking there before even considering AVN development and realize half of them are trolls just looking for something to roast and meme. Kinda obvious but a thick skin/mental fortitude is a job requirement for AVN dev. Though he did give them ammo/reasons for legit criticism, just looking at the complicated choice tree with all the dead-end branches in the last update didn't instill confidence in future updates (a brewing nightmare on the dev side of things). Oh well, more lolis we'll never get to fuck I guess.

Thanks for checking things out. And yes, devs need to grow a thicker skin. They should also look for positive criticism which suggests useful ideas about how to fix whatever's broken.
Case in point: A Sister's Love. Nice game, interesting premise, great models and renders. Had a few disconnected segments where things didn't make sense. He got a lot of criticism for the discontinuity, had a hissy fit, and disappeared. But buried in the flood of criticism were suggestions that he could write in those discontinuities as due to the MC getting blind drunk and practically blacking out. It would have been so easy to do that but instead he chose to abandon everything. I wonder what he's doing now.

Did this game eventually earn it's Loli tag? I see it hasn't been removed, but I remember from the start there was nothing but a tiny flashback, and then the dev basically explicitly said there wasn't going to be any content with the kid... and eff-ninenty-five didn't ban or have the tag at all... or am I thinking of another game?
Pisses me off that devs put lolis in their promo materials to draw attention and then "oh no, I would never!" Like, fuck... you put them in your promo shots because you know it will attract attention.. you know people want it, and it's pretty disingenuous to pretend they just HAPPEN to be there in an explicitly adult VN because "they're important to the story." nope, just the teen daughter in a flashback, and after that maze of choices it's only oral and anal anyway, sadly. The youngest in the OP had no scenes at all and just a couple of renders during that phone convo. My gut tells me she was never going to be lewded as well, that was just download bait.

The issue is not with any forum, I think, but rather with lack of proper vision and planning by the dev.
This project was way, way too ambitious and then he made it worse by, as you say, an extremely complicated choice tree.
I think that is valid criticism.
Sure there is also enough bullshit going on forums in general (in particular, pro/anti NTR crusaders) but I think that was not the main issue here.

Not sure if I'd recommend it to be honest.
The start was great, the continuation was good but the actual amount of content is somewhat disappointing. And the knowledge that this is mostly likely abandoned is quite saddening.

Seems like the Win/Linux Mega link for 0.4 is no longer available. Was curious and clicked the Mac Mega link, and it seems to point to the WorkUpload page for the PC version (file is named SinfulCityFightingForLove-0.4-pc.rar, and it's the same URL as the PC WorkUpload link points to).
Side note: I noticed that WorkUpload listed the PC .rar file size as 1.37GB while GoFile showed it as 1.5GB, which was a little concerning at first glance, but looks like one is using gigabytes and the other gibibytes (they were both 1,437,935KB when I downloaded them to confirm). I get why powers of 2 are relevant, but I will never understand why, in the early days of labeling capacities, the marketing departments didn't step in and save everyone some confusion by insisting that using powers of 10 (/1000) would both be easier for non-techies to understand and allow them to list a higher # as the capacity in their marketing (what would be a 10MB drive by normal megabyte terms, could be labeled as 10.5MiB drive instead) - and keep consistent with the metric system's interpretation of the kilo/mega/giga/etc prefix meanings to boot. Guess the difference was just too small to matter, in the KB scale when it first cropped up, but still... a shame.
