No, and I don't think it has been expanded upon since that scene.
Basically, you fuck the girl, then the doggo comes up and sniffs her, and if you don't choose to stop it, he licks her. Nothing more after that, unless I missed something.

I think I read it will be a choice to enlarge lois breasts or not but who know's what will happen. I stopped playing this some time ago too much shit I did not like and so many bugs I was getting scene's I never asked for that did not get fixed for a long time (if ever).
