When they add polls they end up adding stuff that I hate (ntr, futa, etc) or that doesn't interest me (pregnancy - though pregnant sex is in the "hate" category.

No, and I don't think it has been expanded upon since that scene.
Basically, you fuck the girl, then the doggo comes up and sniffs her, and if you don't choose to stop it, he licks her. Nothing more after that, unless I missed something.
