As far as SBI anyone that needs those morons to write for them instead of doing it themselves should probably find another career besides game development. Almost as bad as TV show production stopping just because the writers went on strike. Fire them all and just let the fans submit scripts for free if need be, with all they'd get is a mention in the rolling credits. Better still simply let AI do the writing and proofread what it spits out.

Did you play the first game "The Guardian"? "Father" is the primary antagonist in the latter part of that game, he is also relevant in the Whispering Pines games, I believe (I haven't played those, but I believe that's actually the primary set of games he and his organization are more central in, someone with more knowledge of the lore outside of just The Guardian and The Lost Guardian can probably clarify if this is right or wrong).

And if you haven't played it/them and don't care, or have but just forgot:

Spoiler: Identity of "Father"

He's the cousin of the MC of The Guardian/The Lost Guardian, from a "more pure" line of the family with ties to some superior founder or something, that took over after killing his father, who was the previous "Father". Again, I may be off on the specifics, and I'm sure one of the others who know better will correct me if I have it wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is the gist of it.

Was it just out of the blue or did something happen. It is hard for me to imagine that the same community that enjoys jerking off to the MC ass fucking his underaged daughter in a public restroom is also putting pressure on him to include more diversity or sensitivity in his game. So like, if it wasn't that then he just didn't like south of midnight or whatever? either way I guess its not like I go to the makers of my degenerate smut for thoughtful and nuanced analysis of cultural issues so I guess I shouldn't think too deeply about what set him off.

Another winning game from BlackHeart. They make some of my fav games. I love that the story is long, so you get hours of play time and you can really build up relationships. It makes the adult scenes so much better.
