The reason why he got negative feedback was the players felt the scenes are way too fast, the scene where the girls talking about Rene who didn't appeared at all until he shows up out of the blue and there's the grammar issues. I never played this game yet but I'm disappointed that he decided to cancelled it instead of learning the mistakes and fix it.

Well, I didn't think that was a mistake at all. I liked it because it was refreshingly different from the "standard formula" of these VNs. In any case, I suppose it doesn't matter now.

Looks promising. I'll wait until tomorrow for the update to try it, but honestly LiriusArt, not everyone likes the same type of games and some people just expect that every game released is for them to enjoy or else they complain. I wouldn't take it too personally or give up because of it, but that's your choice to make.

I just wanted to let you know that I have already started working on EP 4. I plan to have enough done by the end of March so that I can release EP 4 in early April. These are just my thoughts, and I hope you will be pleased to hear that it will be a larger update with 100-150 renderings.

The larger download started off nothing like the OP's description or preview images but does match the linked file you just showed.

Well it's not the first time a file uploaded on lewdgames was wrong. I have seen it where files had been wrong - wrong version number for thread title and wrong downloadable file version - images or something else.
