To note, you don't have to play the other games to understand this one, but if you plan on playing the other games, then playing in that order is probably preferable, to avoid spoilers, although, really the games were coming out at the same time, so the more realistic approach is playing one until it seems to reference another, switching to that game, and playing until it references a different one (or the one you were playing previously) and rinse and repeat.

But realistically if you just want to enjoy this game's story, and don't care about those other games (understandable for a lot of people since some of them are significantly darker in tone than this one, especially for people who went with the love route, which I assume is fairly common), most of the time you can choose to just get a summary or whatever of what happened in the other game, and move on without really missing anything essential.

And supposedly the sequel isn't going to be (nearly) as connected to the rest of Seath's other games, and is going to be more of its own thing with only really being connected to the previous game, and the loose leftover connections that were inevitable because of certain characters. But I believe he's said it's not going to have crossover sections with other games he's making or anything like that, which is certainly a plus, given his games can have enough going on by themselves.

Comically silly game at many points, but it did have a bit of charm. The dev(s) should have done a little research before writing the script. Anyone with a little experience in some of the topics - medical, therapy & organized crime - would have to suppress a lot of eye rolling. And goodness, can all the characters not dress and act like hookers 99% of the time? Part of the fun is watching the corruption happen. All the characters were corrupted long ago as toddlers it seems. And the logic used by the characters is a molesters fantasy of how they think the world works - not as it really is. It's FAR more interesting when you watch how a character became damaged. It wasn't all bad. The plot was sound, if not performed perfectly, and some of the characters had a little dimension to them - not a lot, but some. This VN has the same problems as the second. Too many characters so there is very little development time spent on each. Like movies with too many characters, you don't really feel anything for them because you don't really know them past their defining characteristic. Two and a half stars.

Totally unrelated to the og dev but thought I'd up a video I came across of when the MC cheated on his family with some kid he was babysitting (apparently the parents are unaware of his reputation with his fans). Free host so expires in 1 week, sadly.

Unfortunately my opinion about this game is negative. There are too many female characters and I can't relate to them. I couldn't create an emotional attachment. The dialog with each character is too short. The story is very superficial. Personal Assistant is better than this. The fiction is good. There are fewer characters and I like to degenerate those characters. It's different for everybody. Everyone can enjoy different things.

Yeah, I tried. Thanks, by the way. Unfortunately, this game didn't catch me either. I think there is no problem with the visuals and the characters. But when the story is a bit lacking, I have to hit the damn Skip button after a certain point. If the story catches up with the visuals, there is great content that I can play for hours. Of course, everyone's opinions may differ. For example, I like stories where people who are left helpless are taken advantage of. I like content where there are fewer characters in terms of corruption, so you can connect more strongly with those few characters. Again, like I said. It varies from person to person. Not everyone has to like everything. Both of these games have a lot of fans. That's why I respect them.

That tends to happen when you get over a dozen LI's. Too much of a good thing and to keep it from taking 20 years to finish each one gets very little dialog and screen time. Probably one reason why real life harems are legally limited to 4 wives and most decent harem AVNs seldom go over 6-8 LI's. This may sound odd but to me the thing that stood out was I found it weird that Jane (fav char in this one, cute as fuck) looks very little like the ~23yo version of herself in the sequel.

After Westygate in Aug 2023 pretty much the whole + section (called sinners or something else at the time) was temporarily purged while waiting for the dust to settle. Well, most of the good loli AVNs most people actually gave a shit about. A few months later they were brought back. Well, those of the devs that didn't decide to tuck tail and run from making AVNs altogether after that as reupping abandoned AVNs weren't a high priority. I think that's what the apology was for, as it was reuploaded and "brought back" (dev never stopped, just for awhile there was no free/public version).
