I remember seath asking a while ago asking about what people thought about the girls being with other men during the timeskip. IIRC he said he would leave that to the player to choose. Is that something that is the new game and if it is do the players have a say in it?

With the million and one different interpretations of NTR these days, it should just be retired as a tag. No one can ever agree on what it means. May as well just use the sharing, swinging, cheating, etc tags instead and remove the confusion. My two cents on the matter anyway.

Virtually nobody playing Western erotic games these days is Japanese (they play their own games) and many, if not most of us, aren't otaku or outright weebs who grew up watching anime (and jerking off to hentai) and reading manga and light novels imported from Japan. I don't know any fucking Japanese other than what I have picked up reading boards on Cuck95 and here! So let's retire the Japanese terminology which does not translate 1:1 anyway and just use English words.

Really good game, that has history of being removed from a certain place for certain reasons, game has a really unique story and characters, disappointing to see the Dev go out like that but, it is what it is, definitely recommend others to play this.
