Best two I know of are:

• Instinct Unleashed
  • most LIs are girls, plus a few (three) guys - MC is always the penetrative partner
  • renders are VaM, and Kind Nightmares has started adding in animations, which are quite nice, as expected of a VaM game
  • other notable kinks here are D/s (MC as domme), incest, sissification (of two of the three LI guys), and impregnation (might be pregnancy content later on, but so far it's just been a little bit of breeding dirty talk and variables suggesting likely impregnation of a couple girls and intentional and almost guaranteed impregnation of another); oh, and VERY VERY VERY heavy netori - the MC steals damn near every single girl in the game who's in a relationship already
  • excellent worldbuilding, and the writing is absolutely top-notch
• Futagenesis Unveiled
  • all LIs I know of are girls, but the MC is far less dominant than the Instinct Unleashed MC
  • renders are Daz3D and are breathtakingly beautiful; I forget whether there are animations
  • doesn't update often, and is relatively early-on, but there was a decent amount of content when I played
  • the only other notable kink here is incest, which is not a big focus, just a sister and a cousin, plus a probably-not-an-LI estranged/hostile mother
  • this one has a bigger focus on the MC hiding that she's futa than Instinct Unleashed, too
