It looks like it's made with RPG maker 2000. You might have to download RPG maker 2000 and install it for it to work on your computer as some RPGM versions require you to have it installed on your computer.

2. If you are using Windows 10/11 you need to execute the game on compatibility mode, windows xp sp2 works for me.
3. In case the one above is not enough you may want to install .net 2, 3 and 3.5 and also activate Legacy Components on Program and Features
