Like all games games if it's well made, it's good.
I think it's interesting to see h-games try to implement game features and not just a VN with choices.

For me it depends on how grindy it is - If it's a little, that's fine. If i'm spending 35 minutes carrying wood from screen to screen - not for me.

It always depends on how much you need to grind resources. Also, welcome to members+.

It just gets repetitive , like you need to spend a full day to gather food/cleanliness or whatever other resource there might be just to keep playing

That's actually the problem, there will probably be too many repetitive scenes...

One of my fav game genres ! But I struggle to find any interesting ones because, for me, a good plot is mandatory.
I even dont care about renders that much. I get bored very easy, more if there are repetitive tasks.
