Best survival game? obviously adult in nature. You guys have any recommendations?

Mad Island

You can play both female/male MC, controls and combat can be wonky, it does have extreme tags like Guro. Base game doesn't include Loli. You have to install the uncensored patch if you want Lolis in game.

You can build your own base camp, build cages for captured females, sex cages/bounds, etc. It also has a food hunger/thirst meter to keep it survival base. It also has Level Up system.

It does have a story, special characters you can interact and romance/corrupt. There's a cheat console command to spawn females and cheat the game. Just note, the more levels and stronger you get, the more Mobs will equal to that.

For me it was, I liked the atmosphere and the characters. The gameplay you can either love or hate. Also worth mentioning that is has no actual incest content but great woman-boy content and some nicely done bestiality. I also liked the dangerous atmosphere, your characters can die if you don't play right so at one moment you might enjoy to see them have sex the next moment they might get dead so it depends if you have a taste for this kind of action or not. The sex scenes are plenty and the corruption system is great. Do note that it has some bugs that were never fixed but like in all the other games by him you can edit the saved game in /users/appdata/Locallow/Retsymthenam/AtomiQuest and skip the difficult parts if you get stuck. Anyways you can't know for sure if you like it or not unless you try it.

Apocalyptic World is nice, Mist also. My favorite is Mad Island. You have a lot of things to do, and can "shape/turn" the NPC's in your direction. It is not for everybody, I admit that. The patch and the .bat file is a must. Still WIP, but a lot of content.

Mist is a good one, without porn though valheim for pure survival
