If you mean the MC then no, I don't think so.

The first scene is unavoidable as it's used to set up the story but after that you'll either be able to take pills to prevent them from turning into a futa or you'll have to become a dick gobbler and gobble up every single dick you see to prevent them from turning futa.

Not originally. Dev only changed that because of the shitstorm and people (like me) dropping patronage. Didn't want anything to do with a disgusting futa.

Thing was, it was originally forced Futa, which many people are disgusted by, without it ever being in part 1 and without warning, even for patrons, until it happened. Then he finally decided to make it you could turn it off from the start.

Okay so... another problem that comes to mind is that the game needs the ability to name saves... last time I played was in October and I have no idea where I left off.

I really enjoy games that have clearly been translated into English. They use such complicated solutions for such simple problems. As a lit major it makes me wonder if Dostoyevsky just wrote 'Raskolnikov done did a murder and spent the next while feel bummed out' and then it got translated into an epic novel by some over eager new starter and the translators.
Anyway...interesting game. I wish there were more straight up female MC's without such convoluted set ups.
