MC huge dicks is a quick way to feel detached from the characters and realize that you're just playing a renpy game made by some kid half your age.

Small dicks are also a bit off putting. Average / above average sizes are the way to go. I'd imagine it's a lot easier to pose or animate organs that don't defy the laws of physics.
