Played this earlier and it's pretty easy and boring. You don't even have to move the mouse back and forth just click and hold the mouse button down and release when the wake bar starts getting full and repeat till other bar is maxed and do other things to them. Right mouse button changes options you can use for each area when you mouse over them.

Meh. There's one cool girl who wakes and is into it, the rest you do stuff to them but not with them, there's a big spoiler at the end that retroactively makes the events kind of hot but again you just mostly kind of molest and sex them until the meter fills so you can hit the squirt button. Even uncensored it's pretty dull molesting most of the unresponsive bodies just to hear them sort of "Yiahhhh!" at the end and press the next scene button.
