Yes it was indeed called Cuntswell Academy. It's not available on this site and was the continuation of the story in college.

CA continues the further adventures of the main character from Sister, Sister, Sister, named and controlled by you, as he attends college and interacts with his professors as well as his fellow classmates and their friends and famiy,

This game was a classic! The renders are pretty dated by modern standards, but man it was good raunchy fun. It got weird and some of it made no sense, but hey! Only one guy in the whole story, lots of hot weird girls, and everybody is fucking each other!
