Where in my message i gave an order? I simply stated the face that i won't support him if every few months the progress made on the game is just reset so if I was to support him I wouldn't get any new content at all. This remake stuff has happened so many times that I would just be waiting endlessly for new content only for it to be seen remade and remade. I know he doesn't need my support, I'm just saying I won't, that's not an order. (smh)

in my opinion the rework version is worse in every aspect. During the build up days you cant choose between different outfits anymore just fixed outfits available, beach scene is exactly the same, bathroom scene got reworked has now less renders and dialogue. even the bathroom and the bathtub itselfe look worse than before. most of the evening dialogue scenes are completely gone and scenes between helen and her brother are now forced even if you choose the just girl path which might be a problem for some people. game ends now after hj/bj scene on the bed scenes with cousin are gone. so overall less content, less variety and forced content with other males.

There's a lot of vocal outrage here, so I decided, although I usually keep quiet, to speak out about the current state of this game.

Yes, it's being reworked; some things are changing, some are being removed, some are being added. Personally, I've kept all the versions since 1.0 and sometimes replay them. I really liked the old daily ranking system; it was a really cool invention and I'm a bit sad it is not there right now.

But at the same time, I once was closely involved in the creative process myself, albeit in a completely different way, but creativity is creativity. I see two options: either iterate on ideas in secret, without sharing anything, until the final, "perfect" version is developed, or keep the audience informed and constantly receive complaints about the rework. I personally chose the first option, and yes, people complained about the thing.

I want to express my understanding and solidarity with Lasto. Unlike many developers who "suffer" from reworks, Lasto is actually doing something, improving something, changing something, and things are moving forward. I think it's wiser and more honest to shit on (or praise) the final product rather than a version in development. No, if someone doesn't like something, they don't necessarily have to shut up and tolerate it, but sometimes the the tone is as if someone here was screwed over insurance.

I dont expect perfect I expect that after throwing the game in the trash TWICE you have an idea of what you want and how to proceed no that its getting shitcanned a third time. If by now he doesnt have it solved then the games never getting finished and its stuck in remake hell.

Holy Moly - way to butcher and destroy a game. Regardless of removing a bunch of content etc - the way it's written it's atrocious. How did you do this rewrite, Lasto? Did you hire a non-English speaker from Fiverr to write it or something? It's so bad, so horribly written and FULL of errors and mistakes and atrocious English, it actually hurt my brain trying to read it.

I think I need to give a satisfactory reply on that.
Thank you all for your support and feedback. All of them will be considered to improve the game.
I have already asked some friends to review my "atrocious english" in a way to improve the narrative.

The reason 2.0 has a rework is simple, I don't have a cloud, and adding the extra stuff made the game bigger than I could afford, so, I am focusing on more direct relations to make it smaller and direct to the point.

The reason you now is obliged to see ShotaLoli events have the same idea. And of course, save time on development.
I created some storylines and I assume that I am not good to solve them, and that's why I am always changing something. It will be fixed too.
I spoke with supporters and we have agreed on something. No matter what we have, we will finish this project in July, take all the xp we gained and do better jobs.

And, as final reason, the way the game looked in the past was kind of frustrating, only peeks here and there, etc and etc. This new narrative brings more rewards, for bad and good score.
Anyway, all the feedback is welcome, and I am working to always to a good job.

And the cousins event will return in future updates.

I don't really know about the text, I felt like there were always some issues (not crippling, though), since the dev isn't a native English-speaker. I've experienced much worse in some other games. If you mean its artistic value - somewhat same as it was, at least to me. Not great, but not bad and not worse than it was before, in some other versions.

I don't know what is the internal situation within the dev's team or the main dev's head, but again, at least to me this game is an example of a better progression, certainly not a "remake hell" (not yet at least).

Anyway, I feel like we all can only throw our opinions, but they'll have any value only when the game is finished or abandoned. Then we can have all the fun, either in-game, or in the comment section. I've explained my personal view on reworking and remaking in my original post. Just felt a bit bad about the recent wave of somewhat one-sided criticism, that was often akin to simply whining. Though your own position is also understandable.

This is honestly the first time I've ever seen or heard of a dev cutting content already in a game because of size reasons. Kind of insane to me.

Guess this is just another game in the pile of either play when it gets a completed tag or forget about when its abandoned instead of playing each update. Just like 99% of other games of this type.
