Updated due to the game being leak elsewhere.
Thank you all for the kind words.
As promised before, you will always receive a free update montly.
For those that still playing, thanks.
For the criticism, I will "learn" with the positive and ignore the negative ones.

I am just a brazilian guy that don't speak english very good trying to make a game with something I know.
And I will continue ;)
Thank you will check in monthly! Best of luck on the project!

I’d wait several updates.
Fair enough but who knows one update may have more than another's so checking in isn't a bad habit.

In case some people don't know, the new Meryon day added in 1.7 is only available on the solo route for Meryon. It is not available on the duo route.
But the day does end up getting remade slightly in 1.9 to be available on both routes as it was making things a bit too complicated.

I know it's a bit frustrating with content changes and saves not working but the game is going through a lot of iterations and large amounts of the game have ended up getting remade in the past couple versions and in the few upcoming ones as well.
The game still isn't really that long so you can pretty easily skip through the parts to get to the new content.

If you're basing it on file size, it's because the images have been optimized. The sizes have been inconsistent for free versions as some older free versions were repackaged versions of later builds that included optimizations but then newer free versions were the original builds which lacked the optimizations but from now on the sizes should be relatively consistent. But the game has gone through several iterations and some content has been removed and changed across versions.

The updates are usually monthly. Its generally been pretty consistent. For context, 1.7 version is 4 months old. The game is up to 1.11.

Yes it was removed. Plan is to just add hints in the gallery for how to get certain scenes. But there really isn't that much variation to the routes, 'bad' choices usually only have a couple different images.
Thank you for the breakdown. It was very helpful!

I'm not. And you know I'm not. This is specifically evidenced at the end where you mention "some content has been removed and changed across versions."

The helpful ranking system was removed entirely and no actual gameplay progression was added, yet the version number is higher. Ergo "New Update somehow has less content". I mean its whatever, not the end of the world, but it is objectively an indefensible observation of fact, and pivoting to file size and compression, as if that would ever be what anyone was talking about, is weird.
I genuinely thought you were cause the game has gone from like 800MB to 500MB (or more, I don't know exact sizes) for some of the versions. There is no need to come across so hostile.
The post day screens hardly seem like "content". And I made no secret that content has been removed across versions, as I said, the game has gone through a lot of iterations.

This update add a whole new day for Meryon and 2 alternate versions of existing days. The only actual removed "content" in this update was the score screens.
The dev just didn't want to do them anymore, it was an idea they experimented with and then got rid of which they have every right to do.

Spoiler warning so you have time to prepare as this seems to be a sensitive issue for you: more content gets added, changed and in some cases removed in upcoming versions.

If you don't like the game then don't play it, why come in here just to complain?

I think I've said this before, but I reiterate, don't listen to the cheapskates and trolls, keep doing your art, make a profit, and if you want, when you think it's appropriate, then release a free edition, which we would really appreciate.

Allow me to join the many positive feedback, I really love your game:
- I love that there is a gameplay element - finding out when they're comfortable, and when you're being a creep (too much of a creep: gameover, too little initiative: no content, perfect balance: getting forward
- I like that there is Loli and Shota for once. I understand that by far the majority prefers straight loli, but I do appreciate some shota
- the conversations are a bit gamey (in a sense that they don't exactly feel organic or natural), but that's ok
- For someone who's not native, I find your English very good

count me as one of your fans, and looking forward to the next instalment.

Feels like not much has changed since the original demo dropped 6 months ago. Helen route is the exact same.

If you don't like the game then don't play it, why come in here just to complain?
Just so we're clear, your world view here is that any complaints, no matter how minor, constitute "dont like it", and additionally, therefore nobody should ever "complain", and if we extrapolate that, that means all criticism isn't constructive, nobody should ever express ANY of it ever, and the first time anyone runs into any aspect they feel could be improved, they should just quit the product entirely?

Sounds more like something as entirely benign and frankly harmless as "New version has less content" struck a specific nerve with you and you got all hyper defensive about it. But god knows this post will probably make you crash out too.

The new update don't have less stuff, just a deleted mechanic about score system.
Most of the comments here makes no sense if they read the dev notes and understand that it's a game on alpha, beta or whatever you want to call it, but it's not the final build.
That's why we are in the defensive. We spend much time doing animations, and I can say that the animations I put in the game are surelly one of the best you will see in any game of this kind here.

And I am not telling this because I think the other products are bad, but is because I know my product is good.

Another point is that my supporters, that has access to a paid version, don't comment like you guys are doing here when they find some error or mistake or bug. They just report the bug and I fix for them.
So, there's no fucking way to get your comment or the other, when are criticising for free, too serious.

I even don't speak english very well and the community helps me reviewing the grammar, so why should I give space for you when I have more peoples trying to help me?

I will block everyone that I consider that is "hating" for free. hating just for hating, cause I have no patience anymore. I know it will not prevent you from getting the game, and I know that you will play the next updates, even if you are complaining now about things that makes no sense.

But at least I will not see anymore your comments or give space for peoples like you.

Updated by one inch at a time , come on...
I think you can join the project and help us to deliver 3 updates montly.
I am very curious to learn your techs.
I tought I was going faster, considering that some games takes months to receive updates.

Most devs lock down their game mechanics within an update or two, so that players never need to restart their entire playthrough. It's like publishing volume 10 of a comic and saying "Oh, by the way you need to re-read volumes 1-9 because I've changed things." My favorite (non-Games+) example is A House in the Rift where my very first save from several years and many versions ago still worked when I tested it.

Not that I don't like the current iteration of the game, but something to keep in mind for the future -- it's important to lock down the technical stuff first.

Great models and potencial but is hard to get all animations

Is this not how monthly updates work? I'm a bit confused what you mean by this? The game has had pretty consistent monthly updates, sometimes even twice a month.
The game is made by 1 guy who is not a developer, is not working on this 'full time', and has to render 50+ images for an update and sometimes render several animations which can take days on its own.
I can acknowledge that the story progresses pretty slowly though.

I don't disagree with you. I think these issues should be less common in the future though. The author is trying his best and is almost his own worst enemy as he always wants to go back and improve things and bring things up to a higher standard which breaks the saves.

The saves issue is definitely annoying but unfortunately hard to avoid. The game is made in Ren'py and you have little control over how the saves work. It's largely based on like, literally what line of dialogue you're up to in the script and changing the script or even changing earlier parts of the script can cause it to break and it's very hard to avoid. More work could definitely be done to try and prevent it from happening though.

Something to keep in mind with the animations is any animations involving the MC will have 2 versions because of the skin tone you can select. This issue gets resolved in a later update.
So, any missing ones would likely just be because of that. They are the exact same.
If it's not that then it would be due to the choices you've made.
There are plans to improve the gallery to make it more clear about what animations there are and how to get them.

Its the nature of games like this where you have 3 very distinct routes right from the start. I don't care about the shota at all, so I'm not going to try either routes with that character. So If you get one update every 2 months, and only 1 out of 3 updates has content on the path that I like suddenly this game feels like it gets 2 updates a year even there are regular ones.

It has had regular updates, but if you are on just the Helen route this is the same game as it was when the demo dropped 6 months ago.

This is true as well. And I was going to reply to you regarding this but well, guess I am now but you answered your own question as it were.
The game has 2 main characters and it tries its best to give them equal content. It's not so much that the game isn't getting regular content, it's just not the content you might be interested in.
Recent updates have lacked Hellen content (apart from some outfit options to existing days), 1.7 and 1.5 focused on Meryon, 1.6 was polish.
The next few updates do have decent Hellen content though I think. 1.8 at least adds a new Hellen day.

Where/What was Meryon's new day? The only 'new day' was the scene with Lasto shota ... 🤔
The new Meryon day added in 1.7 is only available on the solo route for Meryon. It is not available on the duo route.
But the day does end up getting remade and expanded slightly in 1.9 (or 1.8, i forgot) to be available on both routes (Meryon and Duo) as it was making things a bit too complicated.

You're literally giving ONLY me space. Jesus fucking christ, I said the most impotent benign thing and you are here going to fucking pieces over it. It's not even that big of a deal. Grow a fucking dick and try to somehow overcome that a complete stranger said the internet version of giving you a 3 out of 5.

Fucks sake, you sound like a bad girlfriend.

People are used to devs who get ridiculous support and do nothing but this full time and release updates with hundreds of images every month, as if everyone else is gonna pump out slop at that speed. Just spoiled brats. Your project is awesome and it gets done when it's done.
