Why do you people have to act so insane about not getting the most up-to-date content on a FREE product? It literally doesn't even cost 4 dollars to get the supporter build, and it's not like you have to jump any insane hoops like paying in crypto.

The fact you people are clambering for the content proves it's probably worth the couple bucks, because you're LOOKING for more. It's not like the other crap we get in the Games+ section that both looks awful and plays awful with constant bugs and crashes.

You know, it used to be called a DEMO to be provided a smidgen of content, except right now you're getting pretty frequent updates (relative to the majority of projects that might as well be marked as abandoned) to that demo that'll eventually become the full game for no charge.

I wouldn't even blame the dev at this point if he chose to drop the project, but hopefully there's enough people trying to support him to justify enduring this level of unjustified righteous-indignation.

It's not very easy to support the guy, that website is absolute trash. Maybe if he made it easier...

In case some people don't know, the new Meryon day added in 1.7 is only available on the solo route for Meryon. It is not available on the duo route.
But the day does end up getting remade slightly in 1.9 to be available on both routes as it was making things a bit too complicated.

I know it's a bit frustrating with content changes and saves not working but the game is going through a lot of iterations and large amounts of the game have ended up getting remade in the past couple versions and in the few upcoming ones as well.
The game still isn't really that long so you can pretty easily skip through the parts to get to the new content.

If you're basing it on file size, it's because the images have been optimized. The sizes have been inconsistent for free versions as some older free versions were repackaged versions of later builds that included optimizations but then newer free versions were the original builds which lacked the optimizations but from now on the sizes should be relatively consistent. But the game has gone through several iterations and some content has been removed and changed across versions.

Sorry if this is inconvenient. Is there a schedule for updates? I know your being hounded for more content, and its probably frustrating. But given I'm willing to wait for free stuff till I'm comfortable donating to projects finically again, I was just wondering if there was a point you would recommend I check in?

The updates are usually monthly. Its generally been pretty consistent. For context, 1.7 version is 4 months old. The game is up to 1.11.

Yes it was removed. Plan is to just add hints in the gallery for how to get certain scenes. But there really isn't that much variation to the routes, 'bad' choices usually only have a couple different images.

Some people are fine with not getting paid and see the whole thing as a hobby but when people like you rear their fucking heads, it turns what was supposed to be relaxing hobby into a course in anger and frustration management and ends with the project being abandoned for the sake of the devs mental health.
Go make your own fucking game if you think it's so fucking easy instead of acting like a fucking toddler.

I'm not. And you know I'm not. This is specifically evidenced at the end where you mention "some content has been removed and changed across versions."

The helpful ranking system was removed entirely and no actual gameplay progression was added, yet the version number is higher. Ergo "New Update somehow has less content". I mean its whatever, not the end of the world, but it is objectively an indefensible observation of fact, and pivoting to file size and compression, as if that would ever be what anyone was talking about, is weird.

This is a universal gallery un-locker, it works with most games, just paste it in the main file folder that contains the "game" folder, cheers bitch!

you don't need a gallery unlocker for this game. just look in the 'game' folder. everything is there. you don't even need an rpy explorer, you can just view the images and videos as is.
images in 'images', videos in 'audio' folders respectively.
