The remake taking longer than the original. oof

well unlike MOST other games that go remake route by redoing initial version and only then expanding, this game has been doing both in parallel. so there is always new content and progress atleast every two updates

Are the reworks done now? I remember playing it, but stopped cause beginning was nice obviously reworked and then it switched into way worse quality. So I just put it on hold till it will be all reworked.

Isn't the rework is done in this update? Been a while since last I played, but I think the better visuals started in episode 7 and this update was for Episode 6 remake. I was about to download and play it, but maybe not if there is still more to be redone.

The remake has been on-going for a long time now. The dev bounces back and forth doing 1 update of the early chapters (remake), then 1 update of the continuing story.

Thats actually a smart way to do it. Eventually the old stuff gets removed and he can double down on the pace of the new stuff.
