Speaking of games in general, sexual orientation is the least important thing for me, except if it's a visual novel, it can already have an incredible plot that BL doesn't suit me.

Now speaking of games it depends, if it has a little yaoi or it's optional I don't have a problem, if it's full yaoi well... I totally admit that if they were traps or tombgirl, that is, more feminine characters, depending on what the game was like I would play.

It does, but in a very peculiar way. I just automatically put games where the MC is gay, lesbian (not bisexual), futa/trans on my ignore list. I'm far from the cult of inclusivity.

I don't mind too much as long as it's not MAN on MAN shit, even though I like femboy twinks. I'm not even a good fan of futa but I like femboy action. I won't claim I'm straight but I certainly don't fanaticize about large/burly man on man action. I'd say I'm like 75% straight but yeah, just about bisexual.

There was a study showing that a straight man's reaction to watching two men kiss was equal to that of watching maggots (biological reaction), so it is completely natural to be "disgusted" by homosexual imagery.

Personally I would say the mc's orientation does not matter, but the sex in the game has to be heterosexual to gain my interest, which is really just semantics for no gay stuff for me.
