It seems most western releases either squeeze people for money, then get canceled, or are abandoned after a while. There are a few that go the distance, but they are few and far between. All we can hope for are those white knights that figure out how to decensor gems like this.

Fair enough. I was just wondering because it feels like it's been months since I've seen a western game get updated and I didn't know if it was because they were all dead or if they just weren't being uploaded here for some reason.

I think it has more to do with the fact that after the panic caused by LewdCorner's owner, amongst other things, this website lost a lot of it's uploaders. Hence the advert's and banners constantly saying "Uploaders Needed" or whatever. I don't think all of the Games+ dev's stopped making games, it's just there's nobody sharing free copies of them with us anymore.

It's part of the DL already. It's not perfect, but it does a pretty good job.
