discussion Searching both Keywords and Tags

This is more of a QoL feature request than anything but this seemed to be the best place for it. One thing I find inconvenient is the inability to search for keywords in post description. Say I wanted to find "Female Protagonist" as a tag but "Pregnancy" as a keyword in order to catch any games that have that tag listed as a future addition but isn't in the game itself to be tagged yet -- I'd be forced to miss them entirely! Is it possible to put that on the list of things-to-do?

The section involving prefixes? No, that doesn't cover my case -- that's only for searching a pre-existing tag and a thread-qualifier like "hand-drawn" -- it doesn't take anything outside those. Again, what I'm looking for is simultaneously searching keywords (that is, words that aren't tags themselves but are found within a post) alongside a tag; hence the spoiler example pictures in the OP.
