Overview:
Sandra is a young girl who has not had an easy life. Unloved, neglected and rejected by her own mother, Sandra had to learn at a young age what negative experiences life brings with it. Tom, the neighbor who practically raised Sandra, was always there when she needed someone. He was the only one who gave her love and security.

What they didn't know was that their friendship would become something more. The unimaginable happened... They fell in love with each other. Can that work?

Personally, I find stories like "adult man meets young girl, and ten minutes later they're going at it like rabbits" very unlikely and far-fetched, especially when the girl is way younger than the man. That's why in my stories I try to show possible ways in which a relationship between a man and a girl can come about. If this is too lengthy for you, you are welcome to switch to other stories. For me, logic is also part of a good story. I'm not trying to say that my stories are good, I'm just trying to make a point.

Just finished this one.. what a wholesome story, so nice to see her happy ending, got captivated by her childish and mature behaviors, her attitude towards the harsh life she had to endure and the ray of hope that friends can give you with a little bit of goodwill.
All in all, nicely work done here.

Love the story and the artwork is good. My rating would be 5/5 stars if:

-The persistent.anim didn't constantly make the game crash.
-The animations were actual video animations.
-There was an option to change the MC's name.

Other than that, I think it's a good game.

I know this doesn't exactly help solve the issue you had, but I never once had any crash or even lag when I played. I'm assuming there's something on your system that caused it. Not sure what exactly. I have a 7+-year-old GPU, so I assume it's probably not something like your card being too old. Maybe not enough RAM? But I'm not really a hardware troubleshooter, so I can't give much in the way of advice for something like this. Sorry.

Are you on a PC? I'm on Android, and I know this phone is a piece of shit, but it shouldn't have any problems running this game, especially since there's no real animations. I play other games like Raid and Mech Arena and they don't crash ever lol. I'm guessing it has something to do with HOW the graphics are rendered and not WHAT is rendering them, but I don't have much knowledge about that kind of stuff. Every other VN works perfectly fine, but this one and Family Faring constantly crash for some reason.

i tried from the two links in OP and i downloaded the latest version of 7zip to see if it was a problem with winrar. CRC failed: Sandra-1.02-win/game/audio.rpa

I downloaded both Windows versions again and unzipped them without any errors. Maybe you should use a different unzipping program, or perhaps there isn't enough space where you want to unzip them.
