RPG Games with sex in loss would you prefer to actually win and not lose just to get a scene?

I absolutly hate losing and honestly get annoyed when it comes to jrpg or similar games that only gives you the porn scenes on loss. I'd rather win and get the hypothetical senario instead of being forced to lose
 
I completely agree. I stopped downloading any games with lose to see scene except some monster girl femdom which makes sense and is great. Monster Girl Quest for example, is one of the best games I ever played and it is strictly lose to see scenes, but the game is so good it's not an issue.

Your average female mc lose to get raped or h-battle games where you are skipping turns just to get clothes damaged and being groped - that's a no. Same applies to games with different endings and good ending being a virgin route - bitch do you think I play this game to be a virgin? I don't need a game to live that life.

it's honestly a waste of time on everyones part, like we're here to get horny but if you make a game, make it so that the player can win
 
I've always thought that games need an option to unlock the gallery, but with requirements, for example complete the game or finish one chapter. It's a pain in the ass to die multiple times to unlock all the scenes.
 
I do not mind it that much because it makes sense. I would be more annoyed if I win a fight and then the dev is like "lol no get raped". Most modern games will add defeat scenes you don't see to the recollection room anyway.

Best game with fighting H-System, in my opinion, is Karryn's Prison where you can still win a fight even if you got taken advantage of, but I can see that system being too much of a drag for more story heavy games.
 
Well to be honest their is some good news in relation too this topic as i have recently been seeing games with Loss as the core mechanic shift towards adding scenes that don't give you a game over but rather occur through events (Story, companions, special conditions, etc) and even winning however it might take a bit for it to really catch on in the Japanese market.

As I said we can only hope this newer trend is catching on. The best way to support this would be to buy or provide translations for the games that do.

I am the same way about losing it's why I don't play any game that has a hint of needing to lose to unlock scenes it's not worth the rage it makes me feel.
 
Kinda hate it. I don't mind having sex scenes that only unlock when you lose, but it has to have sex scenes for when you win as well, or else it is badly designed as a game even if the porn is good.
 
I would lose for the scene without hesitation because I win the scene. It does not feel like actually losing.
 
Personally, it's not just some games where I like the losing theme for the H scene, RPGs mostly not because basically losing disgusts you and the H scene you like and how those two things clash.
 
The "you need to lose to see anything" trope is ridiculous and boring.
True good game developers know that the content should be a reward. And even better, part of the gameplay like Summer Memories and Karryns Prison.
it boggles my mind the concept that anyone would even consider forcing your player to lose in order to see the exact reason why your damn game has a player base in the first place.
 
depends how much of a pain it is to rewind, some games loop you back to your choice others you need to reload which makes me dislike the trope
 
Every path should have something... Bad Tutor has a kind of 'reward' for one of the failure route's. The actual winning paths have more content though.
 
Would much rather have the wind than loss quit playing most of those games because the only way to get those scenes was to lose. Would love to get one that gives different versions one for a win and one for a loss.
 
it ok to have failure scenes, but games that require loss to see things are bad. and game that give you a fail scene and then force a load from save is an auto fail. i do not want to replay content just to see scenes
 
If a lose is unpunishable then its okay, but if you need to lose for unlocking a scene its a fuckin fraud

Honestly it's more on the "hypotethical senario if you lose" that would be unlock win or lose but more on the win lol
 
I don't play this kind of game because... I don't like to lose :rolleyes:
 
It should unlock any scenes on victory, the virgin route unlocking everything, this way you can get the best ending, earn everything, and after it all see everything you came to see.
