discussion Restart from scratch or from a save?

Depends how long the game is. I've started and stopped a fair few games and never gotten to the end of the existing content. But usually I restart.

If a was in the latter half of the game I would continue a save, else i would restart the game

Depends on how much i like the game and how long it's been since I last played. I've had games where I'll download and play it and when I go to save there's two pages of previous save files I cant for the life of me recall having put there. But for games I like and follow i usually restart to give the appreciation I think it deserves.
