From trying to program casino games myself; I found there is a really big flaw. If you make the wins worthwhile enough for players, then you are basically giving out free coins. If you make the house win more often then few use it because it's just not worth it.

my suggestion was to make a casino for higher levels only. (winning or losing 2,000 means nothing because there is nothing to do with coins)
once you have everything there is nothing left to do but read, comment, dl games.
coins are useless at my current level & I've only been here since december

Yes, I see the problem in that thread. I mostly only get notifications for quote replies and mentions on here though, so I got the notification for your post here.
