discussion Renpy save files on android

Hey all android players I recently started playing on my phone and I am wondering how saves work on android. I wanna uninstall the game (until a new version comes out) but I am wondering will I keep the saves in that case?

yes, the saves remain as long as you do not delete the game, only if you do not use the cleaners

Some developers duplicate save folder into Document. This folders with saves stays after uninstalling games. But if dev dont duplicate save folder you need to backup your saves manually from Android/data/name of the game before uninstall

btw no matter how many android games I downloaded from different developers, after deleting or reinstalling the saves remained, with the exception of only rpgmaker games. rpgm games have deleted saves\\
there have never been such problems with games on renpy, even on the most wretched and made somehow
