First of all mods that replace game files won't work
Only mods that add their own unique files will work

You'll need to create a folder called
game
You'll add the mods to that folder

Using 2 apps you'll drag and drop the game folder to android>data>com.gamename>files

The apps needed are

that can access the files in Android
Files by Marc has a lighter blue icon

And

Access the split screen option of the second app and make both selections the light blue Files app

This will only open 1 and the other half will be the split screen app
Tap the triple dot of the Files app and tap New Window
This will make the second Files pop up

Then you navigate to the files folder of the game you are adding to in the top window

Then tap on the bottom window and navigate to where the created game folder with the mods is

Long press on the game folder to select it then drag and drop it to the top window in a blank space
If you drop it on saves it'll go into saves

If saveeditonline says it requires a security key repack
then use any security key to repack it on
