I think is a mistook, the screenshot with the man and the guy, didn't happen on the story, it was just a MC (Linch) fantasy, maybe later I'll change the tags to just cheating (if there is still that tag).

It was kinetic on the initial version, but on this one there are some choices, that will affect the sex chance, but for the moment they are only available at v0.02.1.

Any incest harem?

The girls there aren't the MC sisters, just the white haired (Lincy), and for the moment isn't planned; about group sex you need to wait more, as the story is just starting (as you can see on previous answer, the MC won't have sex until v0.02.1).

I've answered a question about the relationship that was present on the the cuckzone, (and got downvoted for it) so let's go:

Family Tree for Dummies:

I've seen some mistooks on the family relationships, so here are the girls with their respective moms:

As you can see, Margarita has 3 daughter's from her previous relationship (blue), and 3 more that are Triplets (green) from her last relationship, wich ended by de deacese of her husband.
Margarita deceased husband is also the ex of Diana, who had 3 girls with him (yellow), but also he had an affair with Mabel, and had one girl with her (orange).
Finally, on the Left side, we see Margarita Sister, and her Twin Daughters, and on the right side Lincy & Linch along with their father.

All of that was explained on v0.00.1 (the initial release that was shared here), but I hope that the explanaiton is useful to new players.

Also, I've released a hotfix for the v0.01.1 (the one available here), wich is numbered v0.01.2 that correct an issue with the default name on the MC (the name should be writed 'Lynch' instead of Linch) and one wrong dialogue refering to default name instead of custom one, and portuguese translation is available too; if needed download it from here:

Otherwise, the hotfix will be available on next update, as isn't mandatory, unless you want to play it on portuguese, or that single dialogue bothers you.
