Can i really be prosecuted👮‍♂️ if I had no choice in the matter?
Some of these concepts might have already been covered, but humans really are playing catchup for most things in life. Even with good intentions, the rules humans make are based on mostly incomplete information.

For example, years and years ago homosexuality was considered a mental illness, and not only that, the acting on urges in that fashion was not only taboo but illegal. Fast forward and now science is finding that many part of "who we are" are hard wired in a way, and why should it be illegal to just exist?

On the flip side, genetics companies are laying claim to lots of specific gene properties, will that make it illegal to even exist for a person that has the same gene properties the company has a claim for? Nobody can change their DNA (yet), so will anyone caught with "illegal" ingredients be prosecuted for existing?

Not sure what science you are referring to. But let's say someone was born wired as a psychopathic killer. It's not illegal be born that way. But if the person acts on their urges, that person is a threat to society and needs to be dealt with.

Gene therapies and DNA sequencing for disease identification at the moment, but with future advancements there will most likely be identified gene sequences for anti-aging, or anti-cancer, or for immunity from common diseases. If the gene sequence for being immune to cancer is patented and the company/government says that they "own" that gene sequence, and only "authorized" customers get to have that sequence, being born with that would be illegal. There are a few movies that tangentially touch on subjects like that.

The flip side is that anyone discovered with unique and "healthy" gene sequences would be "taken" and used for research.

The universe is engulfed within itself. A bus advertising hotdogs drives by a papillon. It disapproves. An unnatural force reverses Earth's gravity. You ask for a hamburger. I reciprocate with a mildly convulsing potato. You disapprove. Your disapproval releases a cosmic shift in the void between birth and life. You ask for a hamburger. A certain small dog feasts on hamburger patties for the rest of its unnatural, eternal endurance. Your constant disapproval sends silence through everything. A contrived beast becomes omnipotent. You ask for a hamburger. I give you a hamburger your body becomes an unsettled blob of nothingness, then divides by three. The papillon barks. The universe realigns itself. You, the papillon, and the hamburger disapprove. This condemnation stops the realignment. Hades freezes over. A pig is launched is launched into the unoccupied existence between space and time with a specific hamburger. You ask for a hamburger. I give you a hamburger. It screams as you lift it to your face. You laugh maniacally as I plead with you. You devour the hamburger as it pleads for mercy. I disapprove and condemn you to an eternity in a certain void where a certain pig and its specific hamburger are located. The Universal Space-time Continuum Committee disapproves of my irrational decision. You are locked away and are fed hamburgers for the rest of your natural existence. A pickle refuses to break down during the process of digestion. You die in a freak accident. A certain pickle lives the rest of its life in a comatose state. Your soul disapproves. Down the street a child cries as a hamburger gets stuck in, and climbs back up, her esophagus. You ask again for a hamburger. I refuse to reciprocate. You demand a lawyer. I remind you harshly that this is the new world order. Lawyers no longer exist. Only papillons. Your name is written on a list of sins. Blasphemy. You ask for a hamburger. The comatose pickle vanquishes your soul from this universe. Realignment occurs. You beg for a hamburger. A certain papillon's name is written on an obelisk in Egypt. Mumble. Peasants worship the obelisk. Your soulless corpse partakes in the festivity. Hamburgers are banned universally. The sun implodes. All planets cease to have ever existed. Mercury. Venus. Earth. Mars. Jupiter. Saturn. Uranus. Neptune. Pluto is the only mass in existence. Conveniently, you are on vacation here. Your need for hamburgers re-establishes space-time. Earth is recreated under your intergalactic rule. Hamburgers are your army. You wake up. Clowns. Clowns everywhere. Your dream rushes to meet you. You are kidnapped. You ask for a hamburger. They hand you a hotdog.

Not too similar but I really enjoy the moral dilemma questions. Would you save this man, would you intervene, would you not? The train bullshit basically.

Not much to it. If you have morals, you try and make the best decision and feel guilty. The psychopaths could care less and will choose what benefits them the most. And the narcissists will pretend to have morals to look good but will choose self preservation over everyone else in the end.

The problem is the narcissists who make their way into positions of power and screw up society for the rest of us.

It's a shame that the Grateful Dead never released a song called 'Nietzsche is God'

I like to talk with myself.
I patiently listen, I don't interrupt myself, I (mostly) understand myself, I rarely disagree with myself.
Wonderful conversations.

Nothing wrong with speculative mental rambling as long as you don't take it too seriously. The only thing you can prove beyond doubt is your own existence, and you can only prove that to yourself. So, for all you know, you're God making all of this up to keep yourself amused. Even if that's true, you at least have created a purpose for your existence and continuously assign meaning to experiences whether they're "real" in an objective sense or not. So, you're better off with the assumption that objective truth does, indeed, exist outside of yourself. Might just as well make the best of it and avoid solipsism.

What if there is no free will and everything is determined by physical laws only?
What if there never was a choice for me to not play lewd games?

Free will is like the color pink. It doesn't actually exist, but our perception of reality is consistent with its existing.

Are people born with a specific personality, or is the character the result of their circumstances?

Are squirrels the true rulers of the world and control us with their supernatural powers? Have you ever looked into the eyes of a squirrel and not felt that they know all your thoughts?

I want to cum until I can't cum anymore to my fantasies, then cum some more. Hedonism to the fullest.

I think it's a bit of both genetics and circumstances.

You're born with personality that develops on from there, layer upon layer, like an onion.

When your brain begins functioning at the perceptive level, which typically happens in the womb, you perceive yourself in relation to everything other than you, and your genetics determine your perceptive capability. From that point, you're a perceptive perspective, unique genetics interacting with unique circumstances. You're also an organism with hard-coded primary functions of survival (fear) and reproduction (desire) like any other organism. Most everything you do stems from one or the other or some combination of those two instincts, and that essentially is your personality.
