Apparently he said on discord that he update should be out before the end of the month and that the next one will not take anywhere near to 1 year to come out. At this point it's impossible to believe anything he says. So even if he releases an update soon I don't think he will release anything else this year.

Yeah, He said that last time too. He said we'd have the next two updates by this time and that it wouldn't take anywhere near as long. Last one took a year and and it came up short like a midget trying to get in the NBA. I get more material on the toilet paper wiping after opioid constipation. Wanks take longer than the last update. We used to get them from them/him like every 6 months or less and there was way more content for each update. Once the models are designed, faces are right and anatomical design is done on the model. It's just a matter of posing and intersects. It's not that difficult. The hardest part is initial design and getting the models looking good, if they can. And he's good at that but I do feel like he's milking his subscribers, thus why I unsubbed on Patreon. I'll sub when a new update comes out, just to get it, but I wan't pay for waiting a year at a time anymore when he doesn't even tike the time once a month to let people know how the update's coming along and there is alwas some excuse to not take a whopping five minutes out of the entire month to 'explain' why his subs haven't heard from him in so long.

Hasn't the creator's other game Neko Paradise had like 2+ updates while this, which from what I can tell is the more popular game, hasn't gotten a single update and transparency has been fairly opaque if that makes sense lol. Maybe Neko Paradise has the bigger fanbase, I don't really know, but something seems off about this, not sketchy but like weird. My previous comment about these dev's being smart for releasing good content once a year and blah blah (which was honest and meant as a fair observation) kind of loses steam and takes a different tone when I consider this.
I try to let them do their thing without complaining because I know how it can be, I'm a writer/designer/artist(not for adult games yet) so I get the burnout and stress of missing deadlines. Life happens and we don't know what's been holding the dev up, that monthly $5-6k on their patreon banner can quickly turn back into minimum wage by missing deadlines and that would be enough stress to make me want to hide until its done too, which would create more complaints and more stress/mistakes/hiding, its pretty insane how development works. Everyone experiences things that hold us up and there's plenty of these games dead in the water because of life, but I've read multiple times that Radiant consistently misses its own deadlines and reading the comments here it makes me think at some point it isn't just life, someone's milking something somewhere. Regardless, as soon as the next update releases you'll grab the lotion/tissues and shut up for a few months, then the cycle of manipulative marketing and whiney fans will continue until one day it grows into something worse or breaks altogether.
I could be wrong, and the dev could just be struggling with work/life balance, but pervs lose interest just like anyone and can always find their content elsewhere so even a bi-monthly "how do you do" would be better than a silent go fuck yourselves lol

Neko Paradise is done just by Alorth.
With Radiant he has to wait for SirDammed (the writer half of Radiant) to let him know what art/renders/animation are needed.
Until SirD let's him know, Alorth is unable to do much with this game.

Disregard last message, I was medicated when I wrote that it wore off now and the paranoia is gone all that's left is shame and dry mouth. That wasn't me that was past me and he is, as always, kind of a dick whenever I hear about him. Consistency is key folks.

With every release he says "the next one will come out faster" and then it ends up taking another year to come out. I like the game a LOT, but I just don't believe anything he says anymore.
