Man, hahaha, I’m not saying he’s lying, but it seems at least surreal to believe in these workers from North Korea and Venezuela. I mean… come on, seriously, hahaha. But assuming everything he said is true, how about inviting new people to the project? He said in january that he thought that having the update finished by the end of the month was doable but didn't give any guarantee. Now he is saying that the update will 100% come out this month. He also said at the end of November that the update was almost ready to be sent to the testers so take everything he says with a grain of salt.

Problem is this exact thing has happened each and every update for years now just with a different set of excuses for what used to be one Dev. Who based on a post someone here showed from another Dev alluded to a Dev liked SD still holding them back and now the rest and soon who knows what else. I don't even care about the excuses because at this point the game updates too slowly to remember what we are getting back into only for it to end and forget again. Sucks for the Devs actually trying to make a living working with SD and whatever may have supposedly happened to the others

Yes, but the 2hrs Episode IV from 1977 is only 7.5 minutes if you watch it at 16x speed. It's similar with starting from the beginning in games.

I beg to differ. I've rewatched Star Wars at least that many times. And restarted Radiant several times as well, though I've not been following since the beginning there. Same with a bunch of other games. If a game is good enough, I will happily play through from the beginning with every update.
